When you set up your profile, we collect information you provide such as your trade type, ZIP code, business name, skills, and profile photo. When you use the marketplace, we collect listing details and messages you send to other users.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and subscription.
• To display your profile, listings, and activity to other users as you choose.
• To provide features like the Labor Radar, job matching, estimates, and invoicing.
• To send you notifications about jobs, messages, leads, and account activity.
• To improve the Platform, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.

3. Location Data

We use your ZIP code to center the Labor Radar and match you with nearby jobs and leads. We do not track your precise GPS location. Your ZIP code is used to approximate your position on the map; your exact address is never shown to other users unless you include it in a listing or message.

4. Marketplace Messages

Messages you send through the marketplace in-app messaging system are stored on our servers and are visible to you and the recipient. We do not share the contents of your messages with third parties except as required by law.

5. Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment processing securely. We receive only your subscription status and customer identifier from Stripe.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, email providers for notifications).
• Law enforcement or government agencies when legally required.
• Other users, to the extent you choose to make information visible (e.g., your profile, marketplace listings).

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to retain it.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information through your profile settings. You may also request export of your data or closure of your account at any time.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
